Our mission is to provide “cost burdened” middle-market rental households modular apartments that are:

Attainable

Sustainable

Connected

THE IDEA...

What if there was a way to construct apartments that was efficient and low-cost while also being environmentally friendly, attractive,  and builds community?

Modular

Modular construction has huge advantages over on-site "stick built" traditional construction methods ensuring consistent, high quality results

Integrated

Modular construction enables integration of nearly all MEP systems at the factory instead of on-site

Off-Site

By assembling up to 90% of the completed apartment building in a centralized factory, we realize enormous cost savings

THE PROBLEM...

Excessive Cost

Too many people are priced out of the rental housing market

Outdated

Current solutions are fragmented and rely on outdated methods

Short-Term

Focus is on short-term costs rather than life-cycle costs, efficiencies, and energy usage

OUR TARGET MARKET...

Approximately 9.7 million rental households are “cost burdened”, meaning each such household spends more than 30% of household income on rent

All Renters

According to 2022 government data, there were 45.2 million rental households in the US; additionally, multi-family construction has increased nearly 400% in the past 10 years.

Middle Income Renters

Of the total rental households, 47% or 21.4 million had household income from $20k to $75k

Cost Burdened Renters

Of those 21.4 million middle income rental households, 45.3% or 9.7 million were "cost burdened" (spend more than 30% of household income on rent)

THE SOLUTION...

Manufacture, develop, and operate attainable, sustainable, and connected steel-skeleton modular apartments

Attainable

→ Return manufacturing cost savings to customers

→ Work with responsible supply chain partners

→ Focused on recycled and locally sourced materials

Sustainable

→ Manufactured offsite reducing waste and carbon footprint

→ Meet or exceed energy code standards such as Energy Star and DOE ZERH

→ Privately owned and operated, keeping energy consumption a priority

Connected

→ IoT connectivity for monitoring building sub-systems

→ Constant performance monitoring ensures optimal building performance

→ High-speed connectivity in all apartments

THE TECHNOLOGY...

By combining steel construction and readily available materials which are factory assembled into modules that can be quickly field assembled in days we can drastically lower construction costs and therefore rents
